Ross has worked for startup companies for over 10 years. Prior to joining Foundry Group as Director of Information Technology he worked for Mobius Venture Capital, and prior to that worked for startup PlanetOutdoors.com in Boulder, CO. Ross has also worked with a number of technology companies in the Boulder/Denver area including Xaffire Software (acq. Quest Software), StillSecure, Newmerix, and ReturnPath.

Ross is also the founder and project leader of Jinzora, an open source web based media management and streaming application and has been doing open source web development for over 4 years. A music major at Georgia State University in Atlanta, GA, Jinzora alows Ross to merge his love of music with technology. A native of Atlanta he has been in Boulder for more than 10 years and is fully caught up in the Colorado lifesytle. Ross enjoys snowboarding, cycling, hiking, camping, playing saxophone and driving around racetracks very, very fast.

Ross is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and is experienced with Windows, OS X, Linux, MySQL, HTML, PHP, Javascript, Visual Basic, and many other related technologies.
