Last nigh we watched Envy with Ben Stiller and Jack Black. While it had some funny parts it would be hard to recommend it…

We didn’t rent it, it just happened to be on the HD HBO channel and we were tired so we figured why not. Honestly I probably wouldn’t have even watched it if it hadn’t been in HD. Basically Ben Stillers best friend, Jack Black, is a dreamer who is always coming up with ideas for inventions. He finally hits it big with his invention of VaPooRize – a product that when sprayed on dog poo (or any poo for that matter) makes it disappear instantly. Stiller thinks he’s crazy and decides not to invest $2,000 in the idea, but when he sees that Black’s invention works he’s overwhelmed with envy when Black becomes ridiculously rich.

There are some funny parts in it, and Christopher Walken’s character is just great, it would still be hard to recommend it. If it’s on the HD channel, your tired, and have nothing better to do it might be worth watching, then again maybe not…
